His marketing talents have been applied in such varied fields as entertainment, sports, broadcasting, retail and catalog products, cellular and digital technology, as well as real estate and development. During his career, he has worked with “Heads of State” and the “Common Man”. Mr. Saltman is goal oriented.   • Under Jack Kent Cooke, was Executive Vice President of Lakers and Kings, acting as president when Mr. Cooke suffered a coronary.
  • Mr. Saltman was involved in the promotion of the Ali/Frazier fights; George Foreman’s first title defense in Japan, (also did blow-blow), Billie Jean King v. Bobby Riggs, Hearns v. Leonard, Reams v Hagler, Reams v. Dunn, Evel Knievel Snake River Canyon Jump and put many celebrities on their first TV Shows.
