Stephanie Rosenberg is an associate with the law firm of Kleinberg Lopez Lange Cuddy & Klein. Ms. Rosenberg has been with the firm for five years and in her capacity as an associate with the firm she handles legal matters for a wide variety of individuals and companies, including actors, writers and authors, directors, producers, distributors and production companies.

Ms. Rosenberg is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Ms. Rosenberg started her career in the entertainment industry with the firm of Kenoff & Machtinger, a transactional entertainment firm where Ms. Rosenberg worked with many clients, including The Gary Smith Company, for whom she provided legal services on a variety of television programs, including the Tony Awards and the Emmy Awards. From 2002 to 2004, Ms. Rosenberg worked as director of legal affairs for Crusader Entertainment, a production company owned by Phil Anschutz. During her time at Crusader, Ms. Rosenberg acted as a production lawyer in connection with the development of many motion pictures as well as the production and distribution of the motion pictures “Ray”, “Game of their Lives” and “Sahara”.
